I installed the ring app on my iPhone with my email address. Now I want to install the app on my iPad. When I try to do it, it says my email address is already taken. How do I set up the app on my iPad using the same email address I used to set it up on my iPhone?
Hi @nikebailey! Once you create a new Ring account on one device, you will be able to log in to the Ring app on any other compatible mobile device with the same credentials. You can also try logging in at Ring.com to confirm your account is active. If this concern persists, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
