I cancelled out of initial set up cause I had and emergency and now I’m trying 2 go back in and set my key pad up but it wont allow me 2 saying vase station already registered 2 another account
Hey there, @chuckiebatz! The best first step here will be to check your email account used to log in to your Ring account. If the Keypad is stating it is already setup, you will receive an email upon the next setup attempt to authorize access to do so. Check out our change of ownership process for more information.
If this does not help, you can also remove the Keypad and try again. Check out our help center article for steps on how to remove the Keypad. I hope this helps!
