Indoor Stick Up Cam doesn't connect

Hi,

I’ve had a dormant indoor ring cam for a while now since it wasn’t working so decided to try again.

No matter what I do, the Wi-Fi or Chime Pro network won’t find this cam. I already have two cameras connected so its not my Wi-Fi.

  • This cam does not flash with blue lights, it’ll show a blue light every now and then.
  • I’ve tried button resetting for 20 seconds.
  • I’ve changed the position of plug.

Any help is appreciated.

There’s also some clicking sounds sometimes.

Changing the power outlet source and resetting the Camera were great steps to take here. If you have a privacy kit that comes with a power adapter on/ off switch, please ensure this is also on. Once you complete the reset, by holding the Camera setup button for 20 seconds, the Camera should allow a setup and connect successfully.
