Bought new indoor cam from Bunnings and when I scanned it came up with error as it was registered to another owner

If so, you’ll want to get this exchanged with the retailer you purchased it from, as the device should not already be registered to an account. If the retailer you purchased from does not work with you on a return, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers availablehere.
