I don’t seem to have snapshot option. Yes, I have pro. Does indoor cam not support this feature?
I don’t think Ring makes an indoor “pro”. Are you talking about stick up cam elite? In any case, if you have an older device that you set up before October, that feature will not be there unless you remove/delete the device and add it again. Ring really should have a push software update for this, but they just don’t at the moment. This was the same exact issue I ran into comparing two identical Ring stick up cameras installed at different times. One installed a year ago, and one just recently. The recently installed one had the snapshot, while the one I installed a year ago was missing this feature. Removing and reinstalling the device fixed this issue.
