I can’t get my ring cam to connect to the app. I put it in set up mode I put in the WiFi code the cam then says it is set up but then I get a error on the app saying it’s not set up. The cam has a blue light on afterwards. Need help to get this cam working please.
Hey @Frenchieq. To start fresh, could you please press and hold the setup button for 20 seconds and then allow the device a few minutes to reset? After this reset, go through another setup, and if you reach an impasse again, please attach a screenshot of where in the app you are stuck at in the setup.
