I see timelapse photos fine but video and live view are black when viewed

I see timelapse photos fine but video and live view are black when viewed. It’s like the videos aren’t even there to play. But the timelapse photos can be viewed just fine. Anybody run into this issue before?

Hi @Ode. This could be a network issue. First, try rebooting your internet router to see if that improves the black video you are experiencing. Additionally, this Help Center article here has some great tips and tricks for fixing black video issues. I hope this helps!
