I need to reset my alarm system back on my house and it keeps saying devices are out of network and will not reconnect
Hi @561! I recommend reconnecting your Base Station by performing a new setup in the Ring app. Try completing this with both wifi and ethernet to see if one method will connect better than the other. Please try also removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device, to ensure it is up to date.
