I have purchased a new doorbell
When I try to add it to my account it’s telling me account it’s under Some other account which is a purchase this thing off Facebook so please get back to me

Hi @Mo4! It sounds like you will need to complete the Change of Ownership process. If this device was ever setup under another account, you would need to attempt a setup and wait a couple days for the prior owner to release ownership. Of course, this process can be expedited if you are in contact with the prior owner/ seller.
