As the title states, I have random motion events in my history that, when I select them to view video, I get an error that there is no video found. This is happening with my doorbell and a stick up cam.
I have an active Protection Plan. The events are random, but frequent.
Try checking your history at Ring.com. Visit Ring.com via web browser and sign in there to test video recording playback. This can rule out many factors, and will allow you to check your Protect Plan status at the same time. Please also ensure there is not a VPN enabled on the device you are using.
