I can’t share device

Please tell me what is supposed to happen after I enter the email address of the person that I want to share my device with. It says that it’s awaiting confirmation but the person that I want to share with is saying that they haven’t received an email with the invitation??

Hi there, @TonyRoo! It sounds like you’ve done everything correctly here. Please ensure the shared user has a Ring account created, using the same email address you invited. It’s always a good step to check email address spelling.Once the invite is sent, please wait some time for the invitation to be received, and have the shared user check their Ring app app to confirm the shared device or location is showing up for them.
