I am getting low battery power notifications for WIRED doorbell

Any advice?

Also, the doorbell camera is working for recording but I can’t connect for a live view anymore. Any help will be appreciated. :sunglasses:

Hey @Mmcdowell54. I recommend restarting the Doorbell by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds, and then walking through the steps in this Help Center Article here to reconnect your Doorbell. Once reconnected, ensure the the power source is correct and that you do not get any more low battery notifications. In addition, make sure your Live View is working.
