Question: Are there limitations to the 10% discount?

Answer: Yes, there are they are listed below.

  1. You must be logged in to use the discount.
  2. Applies only if you have Protect Plan at the time of purchase.
  3. Discount does not apply retroactively. (You can’t buy a device then subscribe to Protect Plan.)
  4. Discount may not be combined with other offers.
  5. Discount is non-transferable.
  6. Does not apply to Ring Assist + or non-Ring products.
  7. You cannot subscribe to the plan and use the 10% discount in the same transaction.
  8. Discount applies upon the next login session from purchase. To use the discount immediately, log out of your account and log back in.
  9. The discount will not be applied when you’re on the free 30-day trial, unless you subscribe to Ring Protect Plan during the trial.
  10. Purchase plan starts once your free trial ends.
  11. The discount only applies if you purchase the Ring Protect Plan on Ring.com.
