Does the cellular backup work in Canada? If so, on what network?

Great question @DJS ! Excluding Quebec, there certainly is cellular backup available for the Ring Alarm in Canada. This of course requires you to be subscribed to the Protect Plus Plan. Check out this help center article to learn more about Alarm in Canada. I hope this helps!

Can someone point me to the " Lifetime Device Warranty" information?

Thanks, Steve

Hi there, @SteveZ! For extended coverage warranty to apply to your Ring device, the device must be within its original warranty period when you subscribe to Ring Protect Plus.
