How do you get Ring to respond to Bill Payment questions?

I bought a ring device last year in October, it broke in January and I had to buy another one to replace it. I purchased the basic plan for the original device and there is no way to transfer my existing plan to my new device, so I had to pay AGAIN for a basic protection plan. I have tried several venues to contact Ring and there doesn’t seem to be any way to get assistance.

What do I need to do to get a refund or credit for my previous plan?

Hi @NunjoBiznezz. This process should be automatic as long as the old device was not deleted off the account before the new device was set up and the transfer took place. If the old Ring device has been deleted already, but the videos and/or the subscription did not transfer over, please click reach out to our support team for further assistance. Thank you!
