How do I get a replacement Ring Doorbell for a faulty out of focus lens?

Since it was delivered, my Ring Doorbell has been out of focus. No single item in view is even in focus, no matter how close or far away from the camera. It is not a signal issue nor an issue correctable by a device reset. Cleaning the lens is not effective for bad focus.

How do I get this replaced?

Hi @Vestpocket. Have you removed all packaging and protective covering from the Doorbell? I’d also recommend wiping off the lens with a dry washcloth to ensure there is no dirt or debris obstructing the Doorbell’s view.
