How can you tell it's on@

I have a new wired stick up cam that I’ve been setting up. It’s still sitting next to me on the couch at the moment because once it’s fastened where it’s supposed to be going, it aint coming down again! My ring app recognizes it, my vodfone broadband says there’s a new device connected but if I try to go to live view it says “We’re having trouble connecting to your ring device”. And when I wave my hands in front of it nothing happens, no notifications or anything. It currently has 2 static red LED’s on and it went through the update etc when I started setting it up. Any idea what I’m doing wrong? I need to know it’s functioning before it’s mounted

Hey @freccle. Could you try resetting the device by pressing and holding the setup button for 30 seconds? After this time, try to trigger a Live View and let me know if this works! If it continues to fail, please send over a screenshot of what the error message you’re getting looks like.
