How can I get live video on Ring.com.
Hi @1stwave. Live View is only available via the Ring app and not Ring.com. On Ring.com you can view videos that are stored on your Event History Timeline, but no Live View. You can also use Live View on Amazon Alexa supported devices such as an Echo Show or FireTV. I hope this information helps!
No you did not help me at all.
You can see live video if you go to the Microsoft Store and get the app from the store which is free.
Install it and log in, click on one of your camera’s, Click on the tab Live View.
This would help a lot of people who are at their computer daily like I am.
