I am trying to work with a family member to setup Chime Pro on an existing system associated with an account under my name. I am in a different place than the system and the family member. Any guidance on this is much appreciated!
Hey @broeckelman. The person that is with the device will need to be signed into your account and setting up the device for you if you are unable to go to the location with the device! Once they are logged in and if you’re okay with it, then this would be the way to set it up.
