The alarm base station was bought from the US long before the service become available in UK/ROI. Now the advanced Monitoring service cannot be activated as the app says the station is for another region…
Hi @Linch. Since the hardware requirements between the two regions are different, a Base Station made for the US cannot be used in the UK/ROI. In this situation, I’d highly recommend you reach out to our support team at one of the numbers availablehere. They’ll be able to look into this further and explore all of the options available. According to Support, the only option availble is to buy a new base station - for this region. I was hoping for somehting different as this option was the most obvious one… but this is what it is.
