I’ve been trying since 9/29/22 to get a camera (plug in spotlight cam) replacement. They sent the wrong item once and then had multiple backorders since. No one can tell me when I will get my replacement camera. The last 4 people that have told me 1-2 weeks have been wrong. The phone customer service is completely unhelpful. There is no one there that can actually do anything. I’ve been without a working camera for 2 months.

In this case, you would need to follow up with our support team in order to get an update. Make sure to tell them you have reached out previously and have yet to receive your replacement.
