Two flood light cameras less than 3 yrs old down for 2+ weeks. Exhausted all troubleshooting steps w/ and w/out Ring tech support. Countless hours on phone with RING oxygen thieves who don’t know how to resolve! No weather, no wifi change (running 1gig on mesh) and the Ring doorbell and garage cameras still working fine. Requested supervisor escalated and still down. They say they will call and they don’t. Unacceptable.
I too have had poor service. I’m thinking of going to something else
Ring customer service sucks beyond anything I have ever seen.
