Hello, I purchased another ring floodlight camera, I have one currently and have had no issues with set up when I installed it. With this second one I purchased. The camera goes into set up mode. But will not connect to its ring set up WiFi… any help would be appreciated.
Hi @CTS1. This may have to do with the some settings on your phone. Try looking for “Wifi Assist” on iPhone and “Smart Network Switch” for Android. This setting makes it so your phone automatically switches to Cellular data when there is a weak wifi connection, which is counterproductive when setting up a Ring cam. Let me know if this is helpful!
