Help please

I had my ring video doorbell 3 plus fitted for me yesterday , I’ve been getting notifications when people walk past my house , but when someone actually comes to my front door I get nothing , only sometimes , not every time.
I’ve adjusted all my settings to be on the highest most sensitive . ?‍♀️ Also it says I have weak WiFi, my router is not far from the front door so not sure why it’s saying this ?

Hey there, @Lee-Lee1. Event or device connection concerns are often related to wifi, mobile device, or Ring app communication variables. The best first thing to check is your wifi signal strength, or RSSI, which can be found in the Device Health section of your Ring app. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing this signal strength.

Altering motion settings is the next best step in ensuring for optimal detection. As you mentioned having frequent motion, I recommend also checking on the Motion Frequency feature. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
