Help no night recording

Everything was fine until about 4 weeks ago, then I had to charge the ring doorbell battery and since then it has stopped night recording which makes it pretty useless to be honest.
Checked the setting , removed and downloaded the app again but no good…any solutions to this out there?

Hi @Kenny2. Are you able to Live View during the night time? Your Mode Settings could be playing a factor here. Mode Settings can dictate how your camera behaves in different modes. You can find more information about Mode Settings in this Help Center article here. Let me know if this helps.
