Help new camera not working

Hi! I just got a new Stick up camera for my kitchen. Set up the camera just like my last one, but the solid blue light indicating recording it’s lit up. Only time it’s recording is when I go to live mode. It’s a wireless camera. I’m missing gaps of time. Even my other camera records everything then says motion when theres motion.

Hi @Chae17. Ring Security Cameras and Doorbells do not record 24/7, they only record when motion is detected, when someone rings the Doorbell, or when you activate the Live View. You may see snapshots of what’s happening between these events if you have Snapshot Capture enabled, but your Camera will not record continuously. I’d recommend adjusting the Motion Zones and the motion settings, as it can take some trial and error to find a combination of settings that works best for you.
