Someone please help me. When I went to insert the battery back into my device, I accidentally pulled the device out of the mounting arm. And now I can’t figure out how to push it back in.
I’m sure the answer is insanely simple and I feel like such an ■■■■■.
We’re here to help, @emilee624! The included Ring screwdriver should include a bit that allows you to loosen this part. This will make it easy to reconnect it through the mounting arm hole. When placing this piece back in, it may require some pressure to secure it into place. Feel free to let us know how this goes!
