Can you explain why Ring makes it so difficult to view Ring Help articles? One would think your company would want to ENCOURAGE users to read Help articles – rather than to DISCOURAGE them from doing so.
Every time I want to view a Ring Help article, I have to:
- Lower the security on my computing device
- Satisfy a MULTIPLE SCREEN captcha exercise (which is a ridiculously S-L-O-W process – especially, due to all the “intermediate” screens in the “security check” process)
Worse yet, Ring Help articles often provide very little (if any) useful information. Thus, any possible benefits of viewing a Ring Help article would seemingly be far overshadowed by the (serious) disadvantages associated with doing so.
