I bought a device . Totally ignorant to the set up process . I bought it from an unknown source . As I looked up a video to learn how to set up the device, I got no instructions or all the parts. It was used. I had no idea what the process was. Now I find out I have to scan a barcode and it belongs to a different account. I got GOT!!! How can I contact the person who set up the original account?

Make sure you have a photo of the barcode and a proof of purchase handy, as our support team will need this. Please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available here.
