Something wrong my my ring door won’t let me check video I was paid it yesturday what happen it not work please let me know thank you

Hi @Kitty72! As long as you are subscribed and logged in, you should be able to view recordings. Try removing and reinstalling the Ring app on your mobile device to see if this helps.

If your videos are not connecting, or are recording in black, the best thing to check is wifi signal strength. Check out our Community post about RSSI for tips on optimizing wifi for your Ring device. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
