Have not received replacement

I spoke with a girl from the Philippines on Dec. 24 about our unit in the driveway. The lights stopped working. She stated that she would replace the unit. I received an email that I would receive notice of shipment and instructions about when I receive the unit. I have never received a notice or the unit (lights and motion hardwire). Can you please let me know.
