After installation of a Doorbell Pro with an existing digital chime, the doorbell seems to work as advertised. However, the chimes randomly ring (usually at night) without the doorbell being pushed—in fact, the Ring Doorbell / app does not ring and has no awareness of the chimes going off. The chimes are Heath-Zenith (HeathCo) 3300-RX and are on the compatibility list and correctly work when the doorbell is pressed. The power to the doorbell is Good and I have carefully checked to ensure there are no shorts or bare wires to cause the chimes to ring.
Hi @Sharon4kay. Good call on checking the wiring to ensure everything looks good on that end. I would also recommend ensuring that the Pro Power Kit is properly installed as well.
