Hard wired system internal chime tone doesn't sound

The internal chime stopped working. I think the inside device is bad. I have tried all the suggestions and get no results. How can I get a replacement?

If this is for a Chime/ Chime Pro, trying different power outlets or a reset by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. If another mobile device is available for the reconnect/ setup process, this can also help if it is not reconnecting.
