Got hacked

My ex went in and changed all my passwords recovery phone numbers and recovery emails , which now I have moved and would like to have my spotlight cam set up so I made a new account with my new email but when I try to connect my spotlight it won’t because it’s not been deleted but I can’t access my old account is there any other way to get it switched over
