I was gifted a ring for my new place but my mom used it ? Is there any way to get it reset so I may experience the subscription? This is my first time using ring. I need to be able to know what features I really need in my neighborhood to be safe
Hi @NewRenter! If you are looking to setup the Ring device and use as your own, this is best done through the Change of Ownership process. Once you attempt a setup, the previous owner will receive an email to release ownership. I hope this helps!
