Generation 2 doorbell - cannot connect

Trying to connect with a Sony Xperia XA1- after around 1-2 mins the generic failure to connect, something went wrong, error comes onto the screen.
Removed everything from the router and rebooted the whole lot, anyone any ideas please?

Hi @Neil3. I would try these few things to see if they can help you connect. Try turning off bluetooth and ensuring that location services is turned on. Also, make sure that your “smart network switch” is turned off and try to connect with wifi only.
