Garage camera won't appear on a device

I currently have 4 cameras installed; a doorbell, indoor cam, stick up cam, and spotlight cam.
I have my android phone and my girlfriends iPhone connected without issue. However, I attempted to connect an Android tablet to my account, and for some reason only 3 of the 4 cameras are showing up.
Oddly enough, alerts will come through on the tablet saying “Motion at Garage Door” but I can not view the camera at all.
I dont want to disconnect it and reconnect because I would be afraid to not be able to connect it to the pgone devices.
Any suggestions?

Hi @Michael.a.koepke. If you are not able to see one of your Ring devices on your tablet, try the following steps:

  • Disable any active VPNs.

  • Verify you have the Ring app and tablet caught up with the latest updates available.

  • Try tapping on your location name, which is found in the top center of the Dashboard page of the Ring app. You should get a drop-down menu of options to pick from and select All Cameras.
