Fully charged Doorbell 2 doesn’t reconnect

Hey, hoping someone can help. I have fully charged the battery having let it go flat. It’s fully charged but when I try to reconnect the device, nothing happens. App still says the battery is flat and device is offline

I’ve tried the set up process (where it says to blares button on the back and wait for the light to flash) but it doesn’t flash. The only troubleshooting option is to ensure the battery is fully charged which I’ve double checked it is

I’ve also reset the router several times as advised too, to no avail.

Anyone able to offer any words of advice?! TIA!

After charging your Video Doorbell battery for several hours, there should be lights and setup mode should initiate successfully. If not, try holding the setup button for 20 seconds, then go through the setup process in the Ring app.
