I need to return my front doorbell it has good connection and works good for about 5 minutes then continues to go offline. All my other cameras have been having connectivity issues aswell. I need help it’s getting annoying paying for security and it’s never working. I even asked xfinity to send me a new modem thinking my modem is the issues.
Hi @Jimigles27. Are your Ring devices connected to a 2.4Ghz or 5Ghz network? Do you have a router that automatically switches between the 2? If so, try connecting to a dedicated 2.4Ghz network. This should help.
