Front door is offline

The Ring product was installed by a professional 3 months ago.

I changed the modem password a few days ago and I have been unable to use the product. The error message I get is Front door is offline.

Suggested solution is to reset the modem. I have done this several times and I contine to have the problem.

Hi @Chuck123. Since you have changed your wifi password, you’ll need to reconnect the Doorbell to the wifi using the new password you’ve set. You can follow the steps in our Help Center Article here in order to get it reconnected to wifi. You’ll just need your new wifi network name and password, the Ring App, and the Doorbell itself in order to get it reconnected. I hope that helps! :slight_smile:
