Free trial on new device not activated

I just set up my 4th camera (from Amazon) and the free trial did not activate.
I’ve had no issues with my other 3 that were added one at a time, taking advantage of the free trial with each camera.

Perhaps I should rephrase.
Why is my free trial not activated with my new camera?
