This is odd to hear of, @Silvertrx! While our Help Center article does not specify all Floodlight Camera models, it looks like it covers all Ring Floodlight Cameras per the list of support devices section of that article.
Try updating the Ring app, if needed, and trying those steps again. I’ve just tried this on my Floodlight Camera Wired Pro and the option appears in my Ring app. If yours still does not, it may require a closer look from support.
