Floodlight Issue

I have a wired floodlight. Relatively new probably a 1-2 months old. Been having issues with the refresh (dashboard would show on bottom left corner) and also getting stream error. Sometimes can’t even connect to live view. Would sometimes miss motion detection due to this. RSSI around 48. It’s definitely not a network issue since other cams work just fine and the router is only a few steps away. It works when it wants to basically and most of the time it doesn’t. No idea if its the device or firmware related issue. Support wasn’t helpful.
