Floodlight Camera

My floodlight camera is picking up motion and displaying date and time of this but not recording. I had to have my old floodlight camera replaced as the light didn’t work after just over a year and now this new one isn’t recording properly?
I have checked WiFi and the location and that has not changed and the doorbell works fine

Hi @Sarah2! As long as the RSSI at this mounting location is optimal, and you are subscribed to a Protect Plan, your videos should certainly record. As you mentioned your Video Doorbell working just fine, it sounds like you are definitely subscribed.

The best next step will be to remove and reinstall the Ring app on your mobile device to see if this improves recording review in event history. If recordings are still not visible or playable for the Floodlight Cam, please perform a reset on the Cam by holding the setup button for 20 seconds. I hope this helps! :slight_smile:
