Floodlight camera issue

My floodlight camera has developed a issue. Half of the image has a red tint over it whilst the other half is normal.


Any ideas, I have reset everything that is possible. The red area has been slowly reducing but this has been going on for several months.

Likely a hardware defect. If you are under warranty you should call ( Contact Us ā€“ Ring Help) to find out your options for replacement (if any).

Iā€™m having the same issue. It just started a few days ago.

Mine is doing the same thing plus not sending alerts. Did you get a response on your question to them?

Hey neighbors. This is happening because the IR filter on the camera is stuck. You can correct this by gently tapping on the side of your camera until the image is back to normal.
