Camera seems to be pick up motion and working just fine, but won’t go to live video and the motion recordings are all black and show no video, lights work and all I have done is change my internet provider! It worked for a little and I’ve gone about complete resetting it and adding to my ring account but stuck on and old picture of a video that happened after I changed my internet provider
Hi @Scwiggy. This Help Center article here has some great tips and tricks on how to combat black video. Also, if you’ve changed internet providers, you will need to reconnect your devices to wifi.
