My floodlight cam placed at the front door is no longer detecting people’s voices but instead all I can hear is some static noise. Can I somehow fix this problem or will I need to refund it? Especially that I’ve got it almost 4 months ago only.
Hey @nathanyohana. I recommend reaching out to our support team so they can take a deeper look into this to see if there is any troubleshooting to address this. If they are unable to troubleshoot this with you, you may still be in warranty for them to replace the device, but they will work this all out with you!
