My new floodlight cam pro has a terrible time reconnecting after any power outage. Normally I am able to get it to reconnect after several attempts and combinations of trial and error (unplugging chime, resetting internet, power on/off to camera itself, etc). Note that the button on the top seems completely inoperative (like the unit is completely locked).
This time around, the unit will not reconnect, reset, etc. Button doesnt work. Lights (floodlights) are on solid, thats all it will do.
