As soon as I paid for the yearly subscription my camera went out the same day and has not worked since. The error message says it can not connect to the internet. Hmm I can get a strong signal with my phone but ok. I went ahead and purchased a wifi extender. Still nothing. It will not even connect to Ring Setup. I’ve tried everything on ring dashboard and still nothing. I want to know how I can get a refund on my subscription. It seems like too many people are having problems with ring.
Have you tried a full reset - press button for 20+ seconds.
