I’ve have the Floodlight Cam setup for about 2 months, it was working fine, then one day the lights just stuck on, and I’ve not been able to get them to turn off. I have tried resetting the device, I’ve tried using the scheduling and away options, power cycling it and all the manual on and off buttons but it’s just on constantly.
Hey @danmc. Thank you for detailing your concern here! Are you able to disconnect power to the device from the breaker for awhile and see if the light turn off when the power is connected again? If you do this and it’s to no avail, or have already tried this, then it may be best to reach out to our support team for further help here.
